L'Hogarth, producer
of foliage, flowers and plants
Our company roots in
the family enterprise of great-grandfather Antonio Lorenzi. He started
a terrace-cultivation of his land in the Calandri region, near Ventimiglia,
and planted "safrane" roses at the end of 1800. This kind of
production was at that time commercialized in Nice. In the following
years various and different kinds of flowers were grown such as carnations
in the '50s, gerberas and dendranthemas-chrysanthemums
in the '60s, ginsters and mimosas in the '70s and '80s,
up to ruscus, variegated pittosporums and aralias
of nowadays.
